Management and Inspection Services

Professional Irrigation Inspection and Tune-up

Starting at $99.00 (up to 12 zones)

All inspections and tune-ups are performed by a licensed irrigation professional and are backed by our money back guarantee. After we preform our inspection and tune up, before any additional work is done, let us know why you are not satisfied and we will not charge you for the service. The inspection and tune-up includes the following:

1.) Inspection and testing of all sprinkler heads, drip lines, blubbers and emitters.

2.) Adjusting of all sprinkler heads and nozzles for optimal coverage, and reduced over-spray.

3.) Inspection, testing, and cleaning of all nozzles and filters as needed.

4.) Testing of all valves for correct operation, including sticking, leaking and low pressure.

5.) Visual leak inspection of heads, swing joints, drip lines, bubblers, valves, backflow, main line, stations, and water meter.

6.) Inspect section valves and heads for proper system pressure.

7.) Diagnoses of low pressure zones, includes adjustment of valve flow control.

8.) Inspection and testing of irrigation controller.

9.)Check rain sensor, flow sensors, and moister sensor wiring at controller.

10.) Check for loose or faulty wiring at controller.

11.) Recommendation for controller time and reprogramming as requested.

12.)Visual inspection and testing of all exposed / identifiable system components.
